Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Elliptic Labs is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Process and manage all accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment inquiries - Assist with month-end closing activities - Perform research and analysis on accounts payable related issues - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts payable - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
