Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Ponsse, a leading company in the forest industry, is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As part of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Process and code all incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial issues or inquiries - Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and reporting requirements

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resourceful approach to work - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
