Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

As a Remote Accounts Payable Associate at Infinited Fiber Company, based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial transactions. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and a high level of expertise in financial management. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness - Process payments in a timely manner and reconcile accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and answer queries - Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions - Participate in financial audits and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Resourcefulness and adaptability in handling complex financial transactions - Strategic planning skills to optimize financial processes
