Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at 10Monkeys in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying financial data, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process weekly check runs or electronic payments - Monitor accounts payable aging report and follow up on outstanding payments - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with special projects and audits as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently - Soft skills in persuasion and planning
