Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Canatu is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Turku, FI. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a high level of confidence and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent cooperation skills and a drive for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in an accurate and timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records - Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Confidence and a high level of motivation
