Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Accounts Payable professional to join our team at UPM-Kymmene. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Monitor and analyze vendor accounts to ensure all payments are up to date - Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable - Communicate with vendors to resolve any billing issues or disputes

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills
