Accounts Payable - Work from home

Lean Entries is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home, allowing for a good work-life balance.

As an Accounts Payable Associate at Lean Entries, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end closing processes. You will need to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. They should be energetic, driven, and have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently. Innovation is key in this role, as we strive to continuously improve our processes and systems.

In addition to the technical skills required for this role, the Accounts Payable Associate should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
