Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Curious AI is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience. As an Entry Level Accounts Payable team member, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all invoices and payments.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness - Process and code invoices in the accounting system - Prepare and perform payment runs - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment issues - Provide support for internal and external audits

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail - Strong negotiation and analysis skills - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
