Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and dedicated Accounts Payable specialist to join our team at Relex Solutions. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors.

Responsibilities: - Receive and verify invoices from vendors - Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents - Enter invoices into the accounting system - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Previous experience in accounts payable is a plus, but not required
