Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Wärtsilä is currently seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable and who possess the personality traits of confidence and dedication. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes remotely to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections - Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on any discrepancies - Generate financial reports and provide analysis on accounts receivable performance - Work closely with internal teams to resolve any customer billing issues - Research and implement creative solutions to streamline accounts receivable processes - Participate in profit sharing initiatives and contribute to the company's financial success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Creativity and research skills to identify opportunities for process improvement
