Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Aiven in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an entry-level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue payments and collections - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Research and resolve billing discrepancies - Work closely with the sales team to address customer inquiries and issues - Assist in the development and implementation of AR policies and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
