Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Glue Collaboration. As a part-time position, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process remotely from your location in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in an independent and energetic work environment and possess strong soft skills such as creativity and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Reviewing and processing incoming payments from clients - Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy - Generating and sending out invoices - Following up on late payments and resolving any discrepancies - Providing excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries - Collaborating with the finance team to ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded - Analyzing accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Decision-making skills
