Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Huhtamaki. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable processes for our company remotely. This is a part-time position, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Manage and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely payments - Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with accounts - Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and payment plans - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong adaptability and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
