Job Description:

Tamurbo, a cutting-edge technology company based in Turku, Finland, is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are resilient, dedicated, detail-oriented, and have a passion for finance.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor incoming payments and accounts receivable transactions - Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers - Reconcile discrepancies in financial records and work with clients to resolve any issues - Maintain and update customer accounts, including contact information and billing details - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts - Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment reminders - Collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes and efficiency

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a background in accounting or finance is preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Prior experience with accounting software is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong research and planning skills
