Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Cargotec is currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As part of the accounts receivable team, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Responsibilities: - Reviewing and processing invoices - Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments - Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding invoices - Resolving billing discrepancies - Maintaining accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions - Generating financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues - Participating in month-end closing processes - Assisting with other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred - Driven and passionate about financial processes
