Job Description:

Olvi is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an entry-level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers on outstanding invoices - Process payments received and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts - Reconcile customer accounts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies - Generate monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for working in a fast-paced environment - Strong persuasion skills and ability to negotiate payment terms with customers - Experience in strategic planning for accounts receivable processes
