Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at TietoEVRY. As a part-time employee based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process from a remote location.

Responsibilities: - Reviewing and processing invoices from customers - Following up on outstanding payments and resolving any billing issues - Negotiating payment terms with customers to ensure timely collections - Reconciling accounts and preparing reports on account status - Providing leadership and support to junior team members - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong negotiation skills and ability to lead a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
