Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations - Monitor customer accounts for late payments and follow up as necessary - Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with clients to ensure timely payment - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues - Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field is a plus - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong soft skills in negotiation and creativity
