Job Description:
As an Accounts Receivable specialist at Nokia, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process from the comfort of your own home. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dedicated, and possess excellent communication and planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Investigate and resolve customer queries regarding billing and payments - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, or other irregularities - Prepare and deliver regular reports on accounts receivable status - Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
