Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Smartly.io is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team and work remotely from home. As an Associate level position requiring 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be dedicated, energetic, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment processing, and collections - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner - Communicate with clients to ensure prompt payment and address any billing inquiries - Work closely with internal teams to streamline invoicing processes and improve cash flow management - Assist with month-end reporting and financial analysis as needed - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
