Online Accountant

Job Description:

Aiven is seeking a part-time Online Accountant to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level Online Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are independent, energetic, and possess strong presentation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online accounting systems and software. 2. Prepare and analyze financial reports. 3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. 5. Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations. 6. Work with internal teams to streamline financial processes. 7. Collaborate with external auditors as needed. 8. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. 2 years of experience in accounting. 3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 4. Proficiency in accounting software. 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 7. Energetic personality with a proactive mindset. 8. Strong presentation and critical thinking skills.
