Online Accounts Payable

Job description:

Elliptic Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate. This part-time position will be based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI.

Responsibilities: - Process online accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile invoices and payments, resolving any discrepancies - Generate reports and assist with financial analysis - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment process - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong soft skills in innovation and decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
