Online Accounts Payable

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Huhtamaki as an Online Accounts Payable. As an Associate Level Online Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for managing and processing all online accounts payable transactions for the company.

Responsibilities: - Verify and process online invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile online accounts payable transactions - Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all online accounts payable transactions - Follow company policies and procedures related to online accounts payable processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong understanding of online accounts payable processes - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence
