Online Accounts Payable

Job Description: Measur is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable. This part-time position is based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI, and is ideal for someone at the entry-level with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Online Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing and managing all online accounts payable transactions for the company.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices and expense reports - Process payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues - Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with other team members to improve accounting processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Cooperates well with team members - Ability to plan and manage workload effectively - Motivated and hardworking attitude
