Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Elliptic Labs is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments - Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with company policies - Prepare reports on accounts payable activities as needed

Requirements: - Independent and reliable individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
