Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Kojamo is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Online Accounts Payable to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland on a part-time basis. As an Online Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic payments - Monitor accounts payable aging report and follow up on outstanding payments - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Resourceful and motivated with a strong work ethic - Ability to make decisions and think critically - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
