Online Accounts Payable

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Online Accounts Payable to join our team at Bittium in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. In this part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process for our online transactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Process online invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure all payments are accurately recorded. 3. Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices. 4. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. 5. Maintain organized records of all online accounts payable transactions. 6. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. 4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 6. Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
