Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Neles, a leading global provider of flow control solutions, is seeking an Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and process online accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payment processing - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies - Provide support in month-end and year-end closing processes - Assist with financial reporting and analysis related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proficient in using online accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Motivated and resourceful individual with the ability to work independently - Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks - Previous experience in people management is a plus
