Online Accounts Payable

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable at Qt Group in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Online Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounts payable processes in an online environment. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process online payments for invoices and expenses accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper payment - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings - Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes - Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Proven experience in accounts payable processes - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and resilient mindset - Critical thinking and analysis skills
