Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Seriously Digital Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Specialist in Turku, Finland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for someone who is hardworking and resilient, with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and manage online accounts receivable. 2. Process and reconcile payments received via various online platforms. 3. Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues. 5. Generate reports and provide analysis on accounts receivable status. 6. Assist with month-end closing procedures. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in online accounts receivable.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
