Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Huhtamaki in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. In this part-time position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the online accounts receivable process for our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Review and reconcile online accounts receivable transactions 2. Create and send invoices to customers in a timely manner 3. Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances 4. Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and payment trends 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing 6. Assist in the development and implementation of accounts receivable policies and procedures 7. Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team as needed

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2. 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field 3. Strong people management and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software 7. Strong communication and customer service skills
