Online Accounts Receivable

As an Online Accounts Receivable at KONE Corporation in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, the primary responsibility will be to manage the online accounts receivable processes for the company. This includes overseeing invoicing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliations of online accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts.

Key responsibilities: 1. Manage online invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in billing and processing payments. 2. Monitor online accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers to secure timely payments. 3. Reconcile online accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise. 4. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting. 5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding account statuses and payment updates. 6. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. 5. Hardworking and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
