Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Swappie is seeking a remote part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong planning and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Support the day-to-day operations of the company remotely - Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve efficiency - Assist in project management and coordination of various operational tasks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations - Implement and maintain standard operating procedures - Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives - Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Independent and passionate individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent planning and analysis skills - Ability to work remotely and manage tasks effectively - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
