Cargotec is seeking a remote Operations Associate to join our dynamic team based in Espoo, Finland. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team with various tasks and projects.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures - Conduct research and analysis to support operational decision-making - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Monitor and report on key performance indicators - Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed - Collaborate with colleagues to innovate and improve operational processes
