Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Valio is seeking a highly motivated and driven Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency - Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Lead and motivate a team of remote employees to achieve operational targets - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow - Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes - Conduct presentations to senior management on operational performance - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives - Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of successfully leading remote teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to think creatively and drive innovation in operations - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Experience in the food industry is a plus
