Job Description:
Valmet is seeking a skilled Administrative Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in administrative support roles.
Responsibilities: - Providing administrative support to various teams within the organization, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. - Assisting with project management tasks such as tracking milestones, collecting data, and preparing reports. - Handling general office tasks such as organizing files, answering emails, and managing office supplies. - Collaborating with team members to support the overall success of the organization. - Demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in administrative support roles. - Strong project management and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits.
