Job Description: As a Remote Administrative Coordinator at Oura Ring, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the company from a remote location. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls - Maintain and organize physical and digital files - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Provide general administrative support to team members as needed - Assist in coordinating events, webinars, or other projects as assigned - Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Driven and resourceful with a strong attention to detail - Creativity and analysis skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
