Job Description: Loupedeck is seeking a dynamic and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and correspondence for executives and team members - Organize and maintain files and records - Assist with project management tasks such as tracking deadlines and deliverables - Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements - Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed - Help with event planning and coordination
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong persuasion and innovation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
