Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Kesko, a leading company in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI is currently seeking a part-time Office Manager with at least 4 years of experience at the Associate Level to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, possess strong analytical skills, and be innovative in their approach to office management.


Responsibilities: - Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency and smooth workflow - Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance - Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff - Assist in HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, both internal and external - Supervise administrative staff and provide support as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity - Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive data with discretion


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in office management - Energetic and driven personality - Strong analytical skills - Innovative approach to problem-solving - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with project management tools is a plus
