Job Description:
Aiven, a leading cloud technology company, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Office Manager to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a part-time Associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing our remote office operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the remote office, including managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks - Coordinate with the HR team to ensure all remote employees are properly onboarded and have the necessary resources to be successful in their roles - Manage remote office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies - Plan and organize company events, team building activities, and training sessions for remote employees - Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot any technical issues related to remote work setups - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations for remote work arrangements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent project management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
