Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Neles. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance.


Responsibilities: - Manage office operations and ensure efficiency in day-to-day tasks - Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes - Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, and respond promptly - Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is well-organized - Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records - Act as a point of contact for employees and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed - Collaborate with different teams within the company to ensure smooth communication and workflow


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation and people management skills - No previous experience required, as this is an entry-level position
