Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Outokumpu, a leading global supplier of stainless steel with a focus on sustainability, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Operations Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day online operations activities, including content management, website maintenance, and user support. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website functionality and user experience. 3. Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for optimization. 4. Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration of online platforms. 5. Support online marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns and social media promotions. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online operations to enhance Outokumpu's digital presence. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of online strategies to drive user engagement and enhance brand awareness.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online operations or e-commerce. 3. Proficiency in content management systems and web analytics tools. 4. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus. 7. Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
