Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Seriously Digital Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Online Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Helsinki, Finland. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field. The successful candidate will be hardworking, possess excellent presentation and communication skills, and thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our online platform - Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects - Support the development and implementation of online strategies to drive engagement and revenue - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in creating and updating online content to maintain a high-quality user experience - Help with testing new features and functionalities to ensure they meet user expectations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Reliable and hardworking attitude - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
