Online Operations Associate

Job description:

Valio, a leading dairy and food company based in Helsinki, is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience who is resilient, passionate, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee various online operations tasks including content management, order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online operations or e-commerce - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven leadership abilities - Resilient and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about contributing to a greater mission
