Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Third Space Auto is seeking a part-time Online Operations Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will play a key role in managing our online operations and driving the success of our business.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize online operations and drive business growth - Manage the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, including website maintenance and content management - Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the success of online initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of online operations with overall business objectives - Lead and mentor a team of online operations specialists to ensure high performance and productivity - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online operations or related field - Strong strategic planning and analytical skills - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Independent and hardworking with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proven track record of driving business growth through online operations - Knowledge of online marketing, e-commerce, and digital technologies - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
