Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

As the Online Operations Manager at Oura Ring, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platform and ensuring the smooth functioning of all online functions. You will work closely with various teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to optimize online processes and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the online sales process, from product listings to checkout, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze online traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive online sales - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and increase conversions - Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate product availability on the website - Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify trends and address any issues promptly - Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any online order-related issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to implement new strategies and technologies for continuous improvement

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operations, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of managing online sales and driving revenue growth - Resourceful and motivated with a strong attention to detail - Experience in people management and team leadership - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools
