Online Operations Manager

Job Description: Kesko is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Online Operations Manager to join our team in Turku, FI. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our online operations to ensure efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and improve customer experience - Manage and coordinate online operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall performance - Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge - Lead and mentor a team of online operations specialists

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in e-commerce or online operations management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Confident and resilient attitude with a passion for driving innovation - Excellent negotiation and analytical skills - Proficient in data analysis tools and e-commerce platforms - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
