Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Outokumpu is seeking a talented and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of our online operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize online platforms to enhance user experience and drive business objectives - Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility and engagement - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of online operations with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations - Lead and mentor a team of online operations specialists - Oversee budget and resource allocation for online operations - Implement security measures to protect online assets and user information - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in online operations or a related role - Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce concepts - Proficiency in web analytics tools and content management systems - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and passionate about driving online initiatives
