Job Description:

Seriously Digital Entertainment, a leading digital entertainment company based in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking a talented and motivated Online Virtual Assistant to join their team. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the digital entertainment industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the online team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents. 2. Assist with online marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation. 3. Monitor and analyze online data and provide reports to the team on performance metrics. 4. Help with customer service tasks, such as responding to inquiries and resolving issues. 5. Assist with strategic planning and brainstorming sessions to drive the company's online presence. 6. Collaborate with other team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. 2. Hardworking and passionate about the digital entertainment industry. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creativity and ability to think strategically. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic online tools. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Experience with online marketing or social media is a plus.
