Online Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

IQM Quantum Computers, a leading quantum computing company located in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, is seeking a part-time Online Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Online Virtual Assistant at IQM Quantum Computers, you will be responsible for providing remote administrative and clerical support to our team members, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online calendars and scheduling appointments - Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents - Conduct online research and compile information as needed - Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings and video conferences - Assist with online marketing and social media management - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online tools and software for virtual assistance - Passionate about technology and quantum computing - Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments - Persuasion skills to influence and drive desired outcomes
